CONNECTED DATA SOLUTIONS WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
Last Updated: 07/22/2026
Welcome to this website (the "Website"), which is powered by Connected Data Solutions, LLC ("CDS," "we," "us," or "our") and operated by the independent retailer identified on this Website ("Retailer").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and the software, hosting, ecommerce platform, application programming interfaces (APIs), databases, communication services, and other technology services provided by CDS (collectively, the "Services").
The Website enables the Retailer to advertise, market, and sell products directly to its customers using software licensed by CDS.
IMPORTANT: CDS is a technology provider only. CDS does not own or operate the Retailer's business, does not sell products, does not accept orders for products, does not process firearm transfers, and is not a party to any purchase transaction conducted through this Website.
Any purchase you make through this Website constitutes a transaction solely between you and the Retailer and is governed by the Retailer's own Store Policies.
Please read these Terms carefully before using this Website.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"CDS" means Connected Data Solutions, LLC, together with its affiliates, successors, licensors, vendors, contractors, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents.
"Retailer" means the independent business identified on this Website that licenses CDS's ecommerce software and offers products or services for sale through the Website.
"Website" means the ecommerce website operated using CDS software, together with all webpages, applications, APIs, databases, software, interfaces, content, functionality, communications, and related technology made available through it.
"Services" means the software, website hosting, ecommerce platform, cloud services, APIs, integrations, communications, databases, and related technology services provided by CDS.
"Store Policies" means the Retailer's separate policies governing purchases, pricing, payment, shipping, firearm transfers, returns, exchanges, warranties, cancellations, privacy practices, transfer fees, background checks, and other terms applicable to transactions with the Retailer.
"User," "You," or "Your" means every person or entity accessing or using the Website.
"Products" means any firearms, ammunition, accessories, optics, suppressors, regulated products, non-regulated products, merchandise, or services offered by the Retailer through the Website.
2. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order, or otherwise using any portion of the Website, you acknowledge that:
- you have read and understand these Terms;
- you agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
- you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws;
- you agree to comply with the Retailer's Store Policies;
- you represent that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement; and
- if you do not agree with every provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.
These Terms apply to every visitor, customer, registered account holder, and any other person accessing the Website.
3. Relationship Between CDS and the Retailer
The Website operates using ecommerce software and technology licensed by CDS to the Retailer.
CDS provides software, hosting, technical infrastructure, website functionality, and related technology services that enable the Retailer to operate its online business.
Although CDS owns or licenses the underlying software, technology, databases, interfaces, and infrastructure comprising the Services, CDS does not operate, supervise, manage, or control the Retailer's business.
The Retailer independently determines, without direction or control from CDS:
- products offered;
- product descriptions;
- pricing;
- promotions;
- inventory;
- availability;
- shipping methods;
- firearm transfer procedures;
- transfer fees;
- return policies;
- warranties;
- customer service;
- compliance procedures; and
- all other aspects of its business operations.
Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, agency, franchise, employment relationship, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or other legal relationship between CDS and the Retailer or between CDS and any customer.
CDS is solely a technology provider.
4. Retailer is the Seller; Acceptance of Store Policies
All Products offered through the Website are offered exclusively by the Retailer.
The Retailer—and not CDS—is the:
- merchant of record;
- seller of record;
- transferor of firearms;
- importer or exporter (where applicable);
- warranty provider;
- contracting party;
- tax collector;
- shipper;
- customer service provider;
- refund provider; and
- party responsible for complying with all laws governing the sale of Products.
Any purchase you make through the Website creates a contractual relationship solely between you and the Retailer.
CDS is not a party to any purchase agreement.
By placing an order through the Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- you have reviewed the Retailer's Store Policies;
- you agree to be bound by those Store Policies;
- the Retailer's Store Policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
- any dispute regarding a purchase shall be governed by the Retailer's Store Policies; and
- CDS has no responsibility for resolving disputes arising from transactions between you and the Retailer.
If any conflict exists between these Terms and the Retailer's Store Policies regarding a sales transaction, the Retailer's Store Policies shall govern that transaction, while these Terms shall continue governing your use of the Website and CDS's Services.
5. Accuracy of Information, Pricing Errors, Product Availability, and Order Acceptance
The Website is intended to facilitate communication between the Retailer and its customers by displaying product information supplied by the Retailer or obtained through third-party integrations, including manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, inventory management systems, and other external data sources. While CDS endeavors to provide reliable technology services, CDS does not create, verify, monitor, or independently confirm the accuracy of any product information appearing on the Website.
Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, inventory levels, availability, promotions, estimated delivery dates, and other content are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Product images are representative only and may not reflect the actual product offered for sale.
Because information displayed on the Website may be updated from multiple internal and external systems, inaccuracies may occur as a result of typographical errors, synchronization delays, software errors, third-party data feeds, or other operational or technical issues. Neither CDS nor the Retailer warrants that any Product displayed on the Website is available for purchase or that any information displayed is accurate, complete, or current.
The display of a Product on the Website constitutes an invitation to submit an offer to purchase and does not create a binding obligation to sell. Submission of an order constitutes your offer to purchase the Product from the Retailer. No contract for sale is formed unless and until the Retailer accepts your order.
The Retailer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing, inventory, or other errors, regardless of whether payment has been authorized. Any refunds, cancellations, or other issues relating to an order are governed exclusively by the Retailer's Store Policies.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for independently verifying any information material to your purchasing decision and agree not to rely on the Website as guaranteeing the accuracy, availability, legality, compatibility, or suitability of any Product. CDS shall have no liability arising from inaccuracies or errors in information displayed on the Website or from any order that is refused, cancelled, delayed, or otherwise not completed.
6. Firearms and Regulated Products Compliance
The Website may offer firearms, ammunition, magazines, suppressors, firearm parts, accessories, and other products subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, transfer, transportation, and use of any Product complies with all applicable laws.
By purchasing or attempting to purchase any regulated Product through the Website, you represent and warrant that you:
- are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive the Product;
- are not prohibited by law from possessing firearms or ammunition;
- are purchasing for your own lawful use and not on behalf of another prohibited person; and
- will comply with all applicable transfer, background check, identification, and other legal requirements.
Firearms may only be transferred in accordance with applicable law, including through a licensed Federal Firearms License ("FFL") dealer when required.
The Retailer and any transferring FFL—not CDS—are solely responsible for conducting background checks, verifying purchaser eligibility, completing required forms, satisfying applicable waiting periods, and complying with all legal requirements governing firearm transfers.
If a firearm transfer cannot be completed for any reason, your rights and obligations, including any applicable fees or refunds, shall be governed exclusively by the Retailer's Store Policies.
CDS does not determine the legality of any Product in your jurisdiction and makes no representation that any Product displayed on the Website may lawfully be purchased, possessed, transferred, shipped, or used where you reside. You are solely responsible for determining whether any Product is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
7. Legal Compliance and Jurisdictional Restrictions
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Website, and any purchase made through the Website, complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, ordinances, and administrative requirements.
Because laws governing firearms, ammunition, magazines, suppressors, knives, accessories, and other regulated products vary substantially among jurisdictions, neither CDS nor the Retailer represents or warrants that any Product offered through the Website may lawfully be purchased, possessed, transferred, imported, exported, transported, received, or used in your jurisdiction.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether any Product is lawful where you reside or intend to possess or use it before submitting an order.
The Retailer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be completed.
CDS reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to suspend or terminate access to the Website if CDS reasonably believes that your use of the Website violates these Terms or applicable law.
Nothing contained within the Website shall be construed as legal advice regarding firearms laws or any other legal requirement.
8. User Accounts and Security
Certain features of the Website may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Retailer promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization or if any other security incident has occurred.
CDS and the Retailer may rely on any instructions, purchases, or other actions taken through your account unless and until they receive notice that your account has been compromised.
CDS is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or notify the Retailer of unauthorized access.
CDS or the Retailer may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that they reasonably believe has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, violates these Terms, or otherwise presents a legal, security, or operational risk.
9. Acceptable Use; Prohibited Uses; Automated Access and Anti-Scraping
The Website, Services, and all underlying software and technology are intended solely for lawful personal and commercial use consistent with these Terms.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any activity that interferes with the operation, security, integrity, availability, or performance of the Website or Services.
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any activity that interferes with the operation, security, integrity, availability, or performance of the Website or Services, infringe the rights of CDS, the Retailer, or any third party, or violate applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:
- use any robot, scraper, crawler, bot, artificial intelligence system, automated tool, or similar technology to access, monitor, collect, copy, or extract information from the Website without CDS's prior written consent;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology of the Website or Services;
- circumvent or interfere with any security feature, authentication mechanism, rate limit, or technical protection implemented by CDS;
- introduce malware or other harmful code, or otherwise attempt to disrupt or impair the Website or Services;
- use the Website or any information obtained from it to develop, train, improve, benchmark, or market any competing software, website, marketplace, database, artificial intelligence model, or commercial service; or
- use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.
CDS reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section and may suspend or terminate access to the Website or pursue any other remedy available under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property

The Website and Services, including all software, source code, object code, databases, APIs, architecture, workflows, designs, page layouts, graphics, text, photographs, icons, compilations, audiovisual works, documentation, user interfaces, functionality, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property embodied within the Website or Services are owned by CDS, the Retailer, or their respective licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms, no ownership interest or license is transferred to you.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms, CDS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website solely for its intended purpose.
This license automatically terminates upon violation of these Terms.
Trademarks
All CDS names, logos, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, and branding are the exclusive property of CDS.
The Retailer's trademarks remain the property of the Retailer.
Manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing contained within the Website grants any license to use any trademark without prior written permission from the applicable owner.

Any suggestions, recommendations, ideas, comments, enhancements, corrections, feature requests, or other feedback you voluntarily provide regarding the Website or Services ("Feedback") may be used by CDS without restriction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you irrevocably assign to CDS all right, title, and interest in such Feedback, together with all intellectual property rights arising therefrom, without compensation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, AND GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Without limiting the foregoing, CDS does not warrant that the Website or Services will operate without interruption, error, or security incident, that any defects will be corrected, that information or content displayed on the Website is accurate, complete, or current, or that the Website or Services will meet your expectations or requirements.
CDS further makes no representations or warranties regarding any products, services, transactions, content, information, or actions of the Retailer or any third party, including manufacturers, distributors, payment processors, shipping carriers, Federal Firearms License holders, or governmental authorities.
No oral or written information or advice provided by CDS shall create any warranty unless expressly stated in these Terms.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
No advice, information, statement, or communication, whether oral or written, obtained from CDS or through the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CDS, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, VENDORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY ASSERTED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CDS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Without limiting the foregoing, CDS shall have no liability arising out of or relating to any product offered through the Website, any transaction between you and the Retailer, the acts or omissions of the Retailer or any third party, or any matter relating to the sale, purchase, shipment, transfer, delivery, legality, quality, safety, warranty, payment, or use of any Product.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CDS IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY SALES TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND THAT ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PURCHASE SHALL BE ASSERTED SOLELY AGAINST THE RETAILER OR OTHER RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CDS, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action (including any attorney’s fees), fines, or damages arising from your use of the Website and Services, including without limitation (i) your breach of or failure to comply with these Terms, (ii) your failure to comply with any applicable law or regulation (including without limitation ATF regulations, and applicable federal laws and state laws), or (iii) your infringement, violation or misappropriation of any third-party rights.
The obligations contained in this Section shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Website.
14. Modification, Suspension, and Termination
CDS reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, update, enhance, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise change any aspect of the Website or Services, including features, functionality, software, integrations, content, or availability, with or without notice.
CDS shall not be liable for any modification, interruption, suspension, degradation of performance, or discontinuance of the Website or Services.
Modification of these Terms
CDS may revise these Terms from time to time. Any revised Terms become effective upon posting to the Website unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.
Suspension or Termination
CDS or the Retailer may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if they reasonably believe that:
- you have violated these Terms or applicable law;
- your account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently;
- your use of the Website poses a security, legal, or operational risk; or
- such action is necessary to protect the Website, the Services, CDS, the Retailer, or other users.
Termination of your access does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—shall remain in effect.
15. Electronic Communications
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or communicating electronically with CDS or the Retailer, you consent to receive communications electronically.
